VAL ROGERS
Val Rogers is an exceptionally talented performer with a diverse range of skills and accomplishments. She has been a staple in numerous theatre productions, having performed in shows with prestigious theatre groups such as the Windham Theatre Guild, Spotlight Productions, Yantic River Inn, and the Chestnut Street Playhouse.
Her talents extend far beyond the stage as an accomplished vocalist, writer, arranger, entertainer, and conceptual artist.
Val's exceptional originality and creativity is reflected in her three successful cabaret shows, "Drinks on Me", "Beyond the Sea", and "The Days of Wine and Roses."
Her unique perspective on the arts has been influenced by her experiences touring Europe and the Mediterranean with the USO and DOD. She also devotes her time and talents to performing for veterans-focused events, demonstrating her strong commitment to giving back to the community.
Val co-owns the highly acclaimed 12-piece "Red Satin Band" and serves as the primary vocalist for numerous area Big Bands.
She studied vocal performance at the University of Connecticut and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the same institution.
