Introduction to the Four Elements

Fog on the Fenton
This book contains six meditations related to the four Elements of Water, Earth, Air and Fire. The first meditation is an introduction to the four Elements. It briefly explores each one .
Then, following are specific meditations dedicated to Water, Earth, Air, and Fire.
The last meditation, in the Elements series, is a conclusion on the four Elements. They can be used individually or in a group practice.
Water: Direction and Watch Tower of the West. The guardian of emotion, subconsciousness and dreams.
Earth: Direction and Watch Tower of the North. The guardian of our mental and material wealth and riches.
Air: Direction and Watch Tower of the East. The guardian of knowledge and strength in intellect.
Fire: Direction and watch tower of the South. The guardian of our purest and wildest desires that can lead to transformation.
The Element of Earth
Earth is the relational direction of North. The solidness of the ground. Humans have used the physical Earth to create all material items that have first been manifested in our minds. Rot and decay are needed for new growth to thrive...It is a cycle.
Earth is Grounding. Grounding, to me, means being connected to oneself and the Earth. It also means to me the ability to be connected to the outer source of life. It is a triad. Myself, my Earth, my outer self.
This is your time to be grounded in your truth.
Your life. Your Earth. Your change.

The Element of Air

Something in the Air
This is your time to connect to the natural Element of Air. Direction of East. The rising sun.
As you take a deep breath in…think about the energy Air brings into your life today.
Air is always present.
It surrounds you…
it is in you.
Air is…thinking. It is intellect, knowledge and schooling.
It is researching answers and seeking honesty and authenticity that aids us in understanding the world around us…Being transparent and true to oneself is paramount in the Air energies.
